sikura car alarms

Hey,
I have a sikura car alarm inmy tib. I took the fuse out of it and replaced it.
Now when i turn it on with the key (the alarm) it makes a high pith beep and then a low pitch beep. Then when i push the button on the hand controller it makes the same beep but wont arm:dead:
HELP PLEASE!!!

read the instruction manual. on my alarm, its weird. you know how you have that flashing light? well if i press a button when the cars on, the light will blink when the car is on, and thats not normal, that means the alarm wont be armed. if i press the other one it stops blinking and it works once the car is Off

I think i'll just get a new alarm
