My selection is down to these or the Pauter.

Price wise, the pauters are cheaper by almost $100. However, I am still tempted to try these out.

 

Hwarang is a brand name from Korea, but like you said, they are not manufactured by Hwarang.

I'm not allowed to say which company makes these rods for us, but it's a very large company not named Pauter .
